Contact Support
Email our roasting team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure the bag is at least 75% full if requesting an exchange due to flavor profile.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location to be sent back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement coffee within 3 business days.
